A little old lady goes to the doctor for assistance with passing gas and says, "Doctor, I can't seem to stop passing gas. The good thing is that no one ever hears when i do and also they never smell. I don't mind it much. During my time here in your office, I had to pass gas at least 20 times. It doesn't smell and is silent, so you didn't notice I was passing gas."

"I understand. Take these pills and let me know next week." the doctor replies.

The lady returns the following week. She says, "Doctor, there must have been something wrong with your prescription because my passing gas smells terrible even though it's still silent."

He said, "Good, now that your sinuses are clear, here's a hearing aid for your hearing."...😂😀😜
