House Flip #222: Can Our Hardwood Guy Save these 100 Year Old Floors?

This is the house we paid $90k over the asking price for and it looks like it was a good decision! The house was really underpriced and we are slowly making progress on it. One of our biggest questions was if we could save the hardwood floors. There was one layer of hardwood on top of another layer of older hardwood. The previous owner had let their pets use the hardwood as a bathroom and it was disgusting.

We took out the first layer of hardwood and did not think we could save the second layer but we left that decision up to our hardwood guy!

We also have the new kitchen layout in and we are closer to getting this one done!
