First batch of sea freight CIIE exhibits arrives in Shanghai

The fourth China International Import Expo is some 20 days away, but the first seafreight shipment of this year’s machinery exhibits has just arrived in Shanghai.

The 20,000 TEU container-ship arrived at the second phase of Shanghai’s Yangshan Deep Water Port last night, and one of the containers aboard was from the German light helicopter maker RS Helikopter GmBH, a first-time participant in the Import Expo.

The expo is set to take place in Shanghai from Nov. 5 to 10 this year.
