Isko: Many Areas in "Solid North" Provinces Still Lack Basic Needs After Years of Marcos Family Rule

In a dialoque with Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva Ecija,
Isabela and other areas in the "Solid North" Provinces,
Mayor Isko Moreno noted how in the 21-year-rule of
Former Pres. Marcos and representation by his wife
Rep. Imelda Marcos and children Former Sen. Bongbong
and Sen. Imee Marcos years later, the Solid North Provinces
have failed to gain real progress and development.
