Lukashenko doesn't get diplomatic language, says opposition leader

Exiled Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya said that President Alexander Lukashenko’s regime ‘only understand the language of power’ and the current sanctions on the country had ‘left rather a lot of loopholes’ and didn't work effectively.
