IZZET STILL THE BEST?! Legacy UR Delver (Murktide Regent / Expressive Iteration Tempo MTG)
I play a Magic: the Gathering Online Legacy league with the best deck in Legacy: UR Delver! Well...maybe. The advent of the Initiative Stompy decklist in Legacy has thrown UR Delver's undisputable title as the best deck in the format on the line. Murktide Regent and Expressive Iteration are strong, maybe even ban worthy cards. But the Initiative is here to rumble! Let's see how tempo feels at the end of 2022!
