NEUROSCIENTIST: This HABIT Destroys MAN Brain
Published at : November 06, 2022
Neuroscientist Andrew Huberman explains how certain habits, like watching p**nography, can destroy men's minds and create imbalances in dopamine levels.
As we know, dopamine is one of the hormones/neurotransmitter closely related to DESIRE and MOTIVATION. Negatively impacting dopamine will lead to less motivation in the day to day and possible problems in other areas, which can have devastating consequences in the life of the human being.
Andrew Huberman is an American neuroscientist and associate professor in the Department of Neurobiology at the Stanford University School of Medicine who has made many contributions to the brain development, brain plasticity, and neural regeneration and repair fields.
